Lactation Support

Andrea Martikainen, Registered Dietitian

A woman with glasses and tied-up hair breastfeeds a newborn baby while sitting on a bed.

Feeding your baby is a journey from the day they are born. It can be incredibly challenging and rewarding with many highs and lows. I am here to support your feeding goals and help you to come up with a plan unique to you and your baby. Together we will look at your history, current issues and any questions you have and create realistic steps to meet your goals.

All initial lactation appointments take place in your own home, this allows us to work on latch and positions in the place you feel most comfortable. Follow up appointments can be done virtually. My area of service includes London, St.Thomas and parts of Middlesex (seen below), a travel fee may apply outside of this area.
